Welcome to Rishta Nagar, Pakistan's first free online rishta app. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our mobile application. By accessing this app, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Rishta Nagar if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

• App: Refers to the Rishta Nagar mobile application.
• We / Us / Our: Refers to Rishta Nagar.
• User / You / Your: Refers to the individual using the App.

When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information (Basic information, Family information, Required proposal information) that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our app.

Our support team may contact you for verification of your account. Females can provide their phone numbers on their behalf, which can be any of the parent, sibling, or other family member's phone number.

Profile verification is crucial for several reasons:

• Trust & Safety: Verifying profiles helps build trust among users by ensuring that the people they are interacting with are genuine. This reduces the risk of encountering fake profiles or scammers.
• Authenticity: Verified profiles are more likely to contain accurate and reliable information, making the matchmaking process more effective and meaningful.
• Enhanced Experience: Users feel more secure and confident when interacting with verified profiles, leading to a better overall experience on the app.
• Community Integrity: Maintaining a community of verified users helps uphold the integrity and reputation of the Rishta Nagar platform.

Our app allows you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, or other material "User Content". You are responsible for the User Content that you post on or through the app, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited under this clause. You agree not to use the app in any way that could damage the app or general business of Rishta Nagar. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Harassing, abusing, or threatening others or otherwise violating any person's legal rights.
• Using the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Interfering with or disrupting the app or servers or networks connected to the app.
• Misusing any information of other individuals that you view through their profiles.

The app and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Rishta Nagar and its licensors. The app is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Pakistan. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Rishta Nagar.

Featured ads on our app could be either paid or free at any time. We reserve the right to change this without prior notice. Additionally, some services provided by the app may be offered as paid services in the future.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the app immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

In no event shall Rishta Nagar, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
(i) your use or inability to use the app;
(ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
