Rishta Nagar is a matrimonial platform designed to help individuals connect with potential partners for marriage. We facilitate introductions but do not guarantee matches, compatibility, or outcomes.

By using Rishta Nagar, you confirm that:

• You are legally eligible to marry under applicable laws
• You are using the Platform for genuine matrimonial purposes
• All information provided by you is true and accurate

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You agree not to create fake or misleading profiles
• You must not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• You agree to use the Platform respectfully and lawfully

Rishta Nagar reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

• Browsing other profiles
• Receiving match suggestions
• Limited communication features (e.g., sending interests)

b. Paid Features

• Unlimited messaging or communication
• Access to detailed profile information
• Advanced search filters
• Priority visibility of profile
• Viewing contact details (if applicable)

c. Payments

• All payments are clearly communicated before purchase
• Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
• Rishta Nagar may modify pricing or introduce new features at any time

You agree NOT to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Share false, misleading, or offensive content
• Use the platform for commercial, promotional, or illegal activities
• Request or share money fraudulently
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Violation may result in account suspension or permanent ban.

Rishta Nagar does not conduct full background checks on users. Users are advised to:

• Exercise caution while interacting with others
• Verify information independently before making decisions
• Avoid sharing sensitive personal or financial information

We are not responsible for any interactions, meetings, or outcomes between users.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We follow a limited sharing approach, where only necessary information is shared for matchmaking purposes.

• Users may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any part without permission

We reserve the right to:
