• You are using the Platform for genuine matrimonial purposes

• You agree not to create fake or misleading profiles
• You must not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• You agree to use the Platform respectfully and lawfully

Rishta Nagar reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

• Users can create profiles and share personal information relevant to matchmaking
• You control what information is visible on your profile
• Only relevant details for matchmaking are shared with other users

We are not responsible for how other users use the information you choose to share.

To maintain authenticity and trust:

• All newly created or updated profiles may undergo a verification process
• Verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours
• We may request additional documents or information for verification
• Verified profiles may receive a verification badge or status

Rishta Nagar reserves the right to reject or remove profiles that fail verification or appear suspicious.

a. Free Features

Users can access basic functionality without any charges, including:

• Creating and managing a profile
• Browsing other profiles
• Receiving match suggestions
• Limited communication features (e.g., sending interests)

b. Paid Features

Certain premium features may require payment, such as:

• Unlimited messaging or communication
• Access to detailed profile information
• Advanced search filters
• Priority visibility of profile
• Viewing contact details (if applicable)

c. Payments

• All payments are clearly communicated before purchase
• Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
• Rishta Nagar may modify pricing or introduce new features at any time

You agree NOT to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Share false, misleading, or offensive content
• Use the platform for commercial, promotional, or illegal activities
• Request or share money fraudulently
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Violation may result in account suspension or permanent ban.

Rishta Nagar does not conduct full background checks on users. Users are advised to:

• Exercise caution while interacting with others
• Verify information independently before making decisions
• Avoid sharing sensitive personal or financial information

We are not responsible for any interactions, meetings, or outcomes between users.
